FURNITURE SOURCING DAY - April 14th, 2021

The Vietnam Furniture Matching Week 2021 (12-19/4/2021) is to be organized by the Handicraft and Wood Industry Association of HCMC (HAWA) with the aim of supporting international buyers to easily connect with Vietnamese manufacturers through online exhibitions (HOPE), as well as supporting the connection between Representative Offices (ROs) in Vietnam and factories during these times of travel restriction due to COVID. 

VFMW includes many online and offline events: Furniture Sourcing Day, Online Exhibition, B2B Matching, Market Intelligence Hub, Factory Visit, etc. 

FURNITURE SOURCING DAY is one of the key activities of VFMW, to be organized on 14/4/2021 at the White Palace Event and Exhibition Center – 108 Pham Van Dong, Hiep Binh Chanh, Thu Duc District. The event is expected to attract 300 participants who are ROs, sourcing agencies; Manufacturers; Esteemed guests, domestic and international media agencies; with the key activities being:

 

Connecting the RO community with factories, B2B Matching

Gather manufacturers that are reputable and capable with exporting experience; Diverse product categories: Bedroom furniture, Living room, Garden furniture, Kitchen furniture, Upholstery, Interior Fitting, Home décor, Accessories... Ros can find potential suppliers as well as establish long-term partnership with Vietnamese manufacturers

 

Exhibiting outstanding products

Open space exhibition with many outstanding products selected to highlight the event venue.

 

Talk-show, conference

Series of talk-show and conferences to be organized within the event to provide information on the markets, market trends, to share experience, etc.

 

Factory Visit

The factory visits are organized to create the opportunity for ROs to directly visit, assess the capacity and products, and create long-term partnerships.

At the event, ROs will have the opportunity to interact and connect with the Vietnamese manufacturing community, participate in B2B matching sessions according to your needs, as well as participating in many other exciting events.

For an effective B2B session, the RO, after confirming their participation, shall be asked to provide their information and product demands in order to be connected and scheduled meetings with the factories at the event.
